Sorrrrrrry....

I apologize for the lack of posting, for those of you who actually read this!  Blogspot has told me that apparently my account has reached is max capacity for pictures/videos so I either have to purchase more memory orrrrrr start a new account!  So I've just been putting all my posts on hold.  I'll do something about it soon.  Promise!

Her first dog and more!

I intended this post to be short and sweet with a few pics and cute vids, but as usual I got carried away! I apologize in advance for the length :)  I'm not sure if a lot of you realize how many pictures/videos I take of Olivya.  Let me break it down for you.  I got my new computer for my birthday this year...July 6th.  From that day to now I currently have 4,643 photos/videos in my iPhoto.  FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED!!!  Tell me that isn't insane?!  

As you can imagine, doing her birthday slideshow was nearly impossible because I had the hardest time choosing a few photos from the over 7,000+ in our library.  You guys were lucky it barely made 15 minutes!  

So, as a mom I feel like everything (well, almost) Olivya does is cute and post-worthy!  It's your choice to read on, but this is your forewarning that it will be LONG...but very cute!  Enjoy!  

(another side note: this post has been sitting in my drafts for a while so some of the pics are from more than a few weeks back.  sorry!)

Olivya LOVES to riffle through my bag...or any bag for that matter, so I always have to keep it high up so she can't reach it.  But this time she did manage to pull it down and I was wondering why she was being so darn quiet!

My very own Troll doll!!

Livy loves to sit in her chair sometimes just playing with the buckle and trying to clip it back in.  I remember Bradyn used to do this, too.  I just love her pouty lips!

Aunty Ashley got her this blanket that folds up into a backpack, and just one day Olls brought it to me to put on her and she didn't want to take it off!  I really wish this picture wasn't blurry because her face is classic!!

She will use ANYTHING to get on the couch!!

This was at Katie-girl's party and Olls would not sit still for a picture.  I just thought she looked really cute :)

We went to Gma&Gpa Maekawa/Nagai's house on Halloween and Aunty Wynette decorated the house for Livy and made her a really cute blanket!

Later on we went to the Sasaki's house for trick-or-treating.

My uncle is so super funny!  He's always thinking of fun games/activities for everyone to do.  This time he made himself into Doctor Octavius because Bradyn was Spiderman for Halloween!  Bradyn's task was to defeat Doc Oc by shooting silly string as his webs!  So, so, so funny and idk if you can see the tongs at the ends of my uncle's "arms"!  

Hahaha.  Because of the traffic we didn't get to trick-or-treat until later so Olls was getting a little tired!   Isn't her cry face so sad?!  

Really dark, but it's basically just a screaming contest with Dad!

This is Livy's first dog!!  Haha we saw it at Target and she loved it so much!  Dogs are her new favorite :)

I'm sure you guys remember the "house" that GB made for her from an earlier post!  She still loves it and the other day she asked me to bring it down for her and she proceeded to go inside, close the door and do her business...(POOP!).  hahahaha!!

She put her car in this shovel and walked around the house balancing it, and I just thought it was so cute and funny of her!  I told you, while this probably seems really lame almost every little thing she does makes me swoon!

Fun Stuff!

GOSH!!  How can you resist this face?!?!

She had her first eggs yesterday!  She was skeptical at first, ate some and then wanted yogurt instead!

 

Starbucks pit stop!  Pumpkin spice frap for mom and dad and fruits for Liv!

This is her little house that Dad made!  Hahah I call it her poor-man's dollhouse :)  

Everytime she hears any kind of music she starts dancing!  Supah freaking cuuute!

We also FINALLY had time to carve our pumpkin!  Well actually GB did it by himself.  Haha!  I've been so tired from her party that I'm itchting to go to bed by 9pm!  This will be our 5th pumpkin overall and 2nd as a family :)  You can see our past pumpkins HERE (<--click the word "HERE"!)

Olls also had her first cow's milk today!!  She tanked it, of course.  SO excited to get her off bottles and formula!!!!!!!!!!  Now if only she wasn't obsessed with her binkies!

Olivya's First Birthday

So here are some pics from Olivya's birthday day and her party the day after.  On her party day I didn't get a chance to take ANY pictures or even look at my phone so luckily Kellsie took a few with my camera, Eryn took some and I'm so glad we had Kris to capture more!  If you guys have any, please feel free to email it to me!!  jaymieshoda@gmail.com

Hahaha, we clipped her bag of snacks to my pants so she would follow me!

Poor Olivya fell down and got this scratch on her knee and a big scratch on her nose..the day before her party!!

Bradyn loved it, too!

The night of her birthday Aunty Lala came by to drop off Livy's presents (and also to pick up stuff for the party - maaaahalos aunteh!) so the next morning before we left for the Rec Center we opened one!  It's a cute Disney mat with two cars and I have no idea how Livy learned to "drive" the cars but she does it and it's so cute!!

Party day!!!!  

AAAAAALLLLLLLLL her gifts!!  Thank you all SO SO SO much!!

The next day we had to attend my friend's daughter's first birthday party.  Luckily it was right down the street at the Okinawan Center!  

This is my friend, Kyle.  We were best friends in elementary before I moved away!  My due date was ONE day before hers, but she ended up giving birth 2 days before me!  

This is her beautiful daughter, Sophia!

 

My sister's elementary school friend was also there with her daughter (Jazelle) who is about a month older than Olls.  She kept taking Livy's toys and running away!  Livy is such a chill baby she didn't even care but you can see below in Jazelle's face that she didn't want to give the toy back!

Now I know this blog is mainly about Olivya, but I had to include this about my nephew Bradyn.  He honestly is the funniest kid I know!  He's so silly, but so smart!  He wanted to play Kung-Fu Panda and this is his impression of the monkey's kung-fu pose!
